Hydraulic work, consisting of four flood-control storage areas, that acts on the ‘Low waters’ system of the central portion of the Florentine plain. All around we can see the typical farmland landscape with extensive arable fields and, here and there, vegetable gardens, shacks (often used as an unlawful storage of building materials) and hunting hides, built illegally with iron panels and concrete walls.
